Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Is Left Ventricular Hypertrophy present?

Left Ventricular Hypertrophy was used as a risk factor in the Framingham study, based originally on electrocardiographic criteria, which we find unreliable (and most patients will not have had an echocardiogram), which is why it is not used in the ASSIGN score. The default answer to this question is ‘No’.
